Fires in the North Bay

After a week since the North Bay fires have started, we are still here and going strong. The weather has not been in our favor in the beginning, but firefighters and disaster relief are still marching forward. The winds have died down starting Sunday and there is light rainfall that is expected late Thursday evening.
Currently, about 70% of the Napa/Sonoma fires have been contained and the rain should help getting it more under control. So far, thousands have received the all-clear to return home, though an estimated 40,000 evacuees are still waiting for permission.

With so many people still displaced from their offices or wishing to escape the smoke zone, my office, Zephyr Marin would like to open up our lounges, wifi, drop-in stations, scanners and conference rooms during staffed hours to our North Bay friends. Whether to conduct business, file insurance claims or otherwise get their lives in order, resources are available. Please feel free to forward this information to your friends.
